Day 4

God said place your hope in me and I will renew your strength.

Those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40 v 31

Christmas is a wonderful time however it can be an exhausting time. We sing about peace and joy however there just seems to be so much to do and not enough time to do it all in. The busyness can really cause us to have restless and tired minds.

However the prophet Isaiah says the key to gaining our strength is placing our hope in God. Not only does he say that you will receive your strength back but that you will soar.

So instead of dragging yourself into next week feeling weary, place your hope in the Lord this Christmas, he will not only strengthen your body but bring hope and strength to your weary and restless mind.

Place your hope in Jesus, for he is your strength.
